DCC can be used 24/7, with all calls going to you. DCC can also be used in combination with any phone service package, all business needs dependent. For example, in the Starter package calls can be routed DCC during regular office hours of 9 am – 5 pm and to the automated attendant from 5 pm – 9 am. Another example, with the Pro package, live operators can answer during regular office hours of 9 am – 5 pm and calls can be routed DCC from 5 pm – 9am.
