What if I go over my purchased block of calls on my account? Other additional charges.
Charges will apply if a client receives more calls than allotted in their service package. We apply a $1 charge per call. Unused calls will not roll-over to future months. Lastly, clients can purchase a block of additional calls mid-month or upgrade to the next package. Additional fees will also result from international long-distance charges when connecting your calls.
How are Calls answered by the automated system?
Callers will hear the greeting and the dialing options which are individuals or departments. In addition, callers will have the option to go to voicemail.
What is Voicemail to Email?
Clients will receive all voicemail messages as a .wav file. As a result, the client can listen to the message without calling into the phone system.
What is Text Message Notification to Cell Phone?
The receptionist will take phone messages to send by text.
What is Direct Call to Cell (DCC)?
We assign a telephone number that routes to your cell phone.
Can I get on the local 411 directory?
We do offer the optional service to have your assigned phone number and business address listed with the local 411. There is a one-time setup fee and monthly listing charges.
What is an eFax Number?
An eFax number is the same as a traditional fax number except the fax will arrive via email as an attached PDF file.

In order to setup an account, we need: completed paperwork, payment and identification. The setup fees and the first months service fee are due at the time of setup. Monthly service payments can be made on major credit cards, or Paypal and pay by check are available for service payments 6 months to a year in advance. Most often a service package will be live within twenty-four to forty-eight business hours.

As a result, to receive mail on your behalf your company we must properly complete and notarize a USPS document. Once completed, we will submit it to USPS. Can I pick up my mail?
Yes, during office hours, and in addition, you may call to check to see if you have any mail, and make the arrangements to come in. This will you save you time!
How does the mail forwarding work?
Have your mail sent to you per your forwarding specifications; consequently, additional charges may apply. The default schedule for mail forwarding is weekly. In an effort to save you money, we do not forward third-class mail consisting of advertising and addressed to `resident or `occupant, unless you specify on the Mail Handling Privileges form. Consequently, if there is a time-sensitive mailing, we can adjust your scheduled mailing given you provide 24 business-hours notice.
How much is mail forwarding?
There is no charge for picking up your mail. Only when we send your mail via USPS, overnight express or through scanning services will there be a charge. All charges are different so please check pricing or call 877.943.2774
Do you accept parcels and courier packages?
We accept deliveries from companies such as Federal Express and UPS for envelopes and small packages. Furthermore, we are unable to accept any items exceeding 10 lbs in weight or larger than 11-7/8 x 13-5/8. In addition, we will not accept any item containing any dangerous, live or perishable goods. Upon signing for a deliver, we inform you via email.
Can I get on the Suite Directory listing?
You can add your company for inclusion on Suite Directory. Included in certain package(s). Additional charge monthly charge.
Can I use a Private Office when I need it?
Yes, you can rent a private office by the hour or day. RSVP basis only.
